Some 10 years have passed away since the railroad over the "Usui Pass" between Yokokawa and Karuizawa on the Shin-etsu Mainline was closed. It is a nostalgic memory for many railroad fans. Kato is now releasing "Usui Pass" series scale model rolling stock centered on the electric locomotive EF63.
