The Series 885 Express Train "Kamone" (White Seagull) runs on the mainline JR Nagasaki's track. It uses a "pendulum" mechanism equipped for a limited express train. Train started operation in 2000 and reaching speeds of 130 kmh in the Nagasaki and Hakata corridor and was among the fastest trains to reach the destination in 1 hour and 47 minutes.
