This Electric Train had been originally used on Yamanote Loop Line in Tokyo and was transferred later to Musashino
Loop Line, which runs around outside of Yamanote Line in Kanto region. The train was fit with the brown, white
and orange symbol color stripes for Musashino Line on the shiny stainless steel body. For power-up to drive
the more hilly Masashino line than Yamanote Line, the train was equipped additionally with a special electric
inverter seen under the floor.
