These unique trains were built by the Odakyu Railway in 1987. They run as an articulated 11 car set. The front cars
have an elevated driving cab that allows for unubstructed views for passengers that sit in the front seats. These trains were
named "Romance" express due to their popularity for honeymoon destinations.
