This Euromed 101 train operates in Spain and originates in Barcelona and terminates in Alicante. The route is Barcelona -
Valencia - Alicante with trains running every 3 hours. The train's maximum power is 4,150 kWS and reaches a top speed is 220 km/h.
Service first started in April 1997. The prototype was manufactured by Alstrom and there are 6 units currently in use.
Kato's model is an accurate reproduction of the real train.
